Fees, Insurance, Office Policies and Appointments
My fee is $160.00 per 50-minute session, payable by cash, check or charge at the time of service or via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle in advance.
There is no charge for cancellation of a session up until 24 hours prior to your session, otherwise the full fee will be due. Under certain conditions I will consider a sliding-scale fee for sessions.
For insurance companies I will be happy to provide a monthly statement for your own submission.
